Team Information:

Entry fee for a team is the same as registering as an individual. Registering as a team gives you the ability to email the entire team, make group announcements and serves as a great motivational tool. Setting a team up is easy! Please see the instructions below.

Steps for Online Team Creation

  1. To create your team, start by going to online registration for this event.
  2. Click on the link labeled "Team Captains - Create your team" located directly underneath the "register now" button.
  3. You will need to create a username and a password. This username and password is what associates you, the team captain, to the team. Be sure to choose a username and password that is easy to remember. You will be using this same username and password to check your team roster and email friends/family or coworkers to join your team.

Online Team Management

  1. Go to www.active.com/myactive/
  2. Enter your team captain username and password in the left hand login box. Click on the button labeled "login".
  3. You will know that you have successfully logged in when the username and password field disappear and you see "Welcome back, your name". Click on the "Team Center" link that is provided under the "Administration" section. The "Team Center" link will take you to your specific Team home Page.
  4. From your Team Captain home page, you can:
    • Register as a team member
    • Invite members to register for your team
    • View your team roster
    • Edit your team profile
