We invite you to join us in what is one of the most scenic celebrations of the active healthy lifestyle in the west. Join us in gorgeous Oro Valley, Arizona (just minutes from Tucson) for the sixth annual Valley of Gold Half Marathon and Oro Valley Hospital 5K.

The Arizona Distance Classic will be a celebration of athletes, young and old, fast and slow. Everyone gets a warrior's send off at the start and a hero's welcome at the finish line.

Maximum Entrants:

To ensure a safe course and a great post race party, the half marathon field will be limited to the first 3,000 registrations.

Packet Pickup and In Person Registration

Race Packets and technical shirts can be picked up at ALL ABOUT RUNNING AND WALKING in Oro Valley on on Friday March 26th and Saturday March 27th. Hours: 10:00am to 5:00pm on Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday.

All About Running and Walking is located at 12162 N. Rancho Vistoso Blvd. #140, Oro Valley, AZ 85755, 520 469-7084. For more information you can reach them at (520) 469-7084 and the email is runningstart@aol.com.

We STRONGLY recommend getting your race packet on Friday or Saturday. If you cannot, there will be limited packet pickup on race morning from 5:00 – 6:00 am at Ventana Medical Systems (at the event Start/Finish site).

YOU MAY HAVE SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP YOUR PACKET.

Or, you may pick up someone else's. PLEASE bring a note authorizing us to release the bib and chip to someone other than the registrant.

In person registration for both events will also be taking place at Packet Pickup.
